Emily Sper writes, illustrates, and designs Jewish children’s
books and games. Hanukkah: A Counting Book in English, Hebrew, and
Yiddish and The Passover Seder have become favorites of
parents and children. She has worked in the children’s book field
as a book designer for over a decade.
  A graduate of the Rhode Island School of
Design (B.F.A.), New York University (M.A.), and Hebrew College (Me’ah),
Emily divides her time among graphic
design, fine art
photography, and visiting schools to talk
about books and bookmaking. She lives in the Boston area.
